Choosing to bottle a famous Asysrtiko from ancient Olympia and pairing it with our cosmopolitan chardonnay, the result surprised us. A wine with great balance and flavor that we hope you enjoy as much as we did when we made it.

90% Asyrtiko & 10% Chardonnay

Battonage for 4-5 months in the tanks.

It is consumed from fresh until 3-4 after bottling.
